ARK Marketing ("the App"), operated by Pietri Group LLC (New Mexico, United States), is a publishing and link-tracking tool for content creators. It connects a creator's Instagram professional account, publishes posts and reels only after the creator's manual, one-by-one approval, and shows aggregate counts per tracked link (visits, conversions, revenue).
By using the App you accept these terms.
We work to keep the App running, but publishing depends on Meta's and Instagram's platforms, which we do not control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from inside the App (Connections → Disconnect). Disconnecting deletes your access token and the connection record (see Data deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Pietri Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta or Instagram on your account, including limits, removals or suspensions of your content or account, which are decided by Meta under its own rules.
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
